Potato Salad Recipe

Recipe modified to be lighter in calories.

Ingredients
32 ounces red potatoes
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
3 eggs, boiled, chopped
16 tablespoons Miracle Whip Light
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1/2 cup milk, 1%
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Directions
  1. Cover potatoes with water and boil for approximately 20 minutes or until done.

  2. Combine potatoes, onion, celery and eggs in large bowl.

  3. Mix Miracle Whip with milk, mustard and pickle relish. Combine with potato mixture. Refrigerate.
