| 32 | ounces red potatoes |
| 1/4 | cup onions, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup celery, chopped |
| 3 | eggs, boiled, chopped |
| 16 | tablespoons Miracle Whip Light |
| 2 | tablespoons yellow mustard |
| 1/2 | cup milk, 1% |
| 2 | tablespoons sweet pickle relish |
- Cover potatoes with water and boil for approximately 20 minutes or until done.
- Combine potatoes, onion, celery and eggs in large bowl.
- Mix Miracle Whip with milk, mustard and pickle relish. Combine with potato mixture. Refrigerate.
