Potluck Potato Salad (Low Calorie) Recipe

Low cal potato salad

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes
1/4 cup low calorie French Salad dressing
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Hellmans light mayo
2 tsp French's mustard
1 tsp celery seed, if desired.
Directions
  1. Cook potatoes in jackets; peel and cube.

  2. Pour salad dressing over warm potatoes; chill 2 hours.

  3. Add celery, chopped onion, eggs, and salt. Combine mayonnaise and mustard; carefully mix with potato mixture.

  4. Add celery seed, if desired.

  5. Chill 4 hours.
