| 5 | medium potatoes |
| 1/4 | cup low calorie French Salad dressing |
| 1 | cup chopped celery |
| 1/3 | cup chopped onion |
| 4 | eggs, hard-boiled, sliced |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | cup Hellmans light mayo |
| 2 | tsp French's mustard |
| 1 | tsp celery seed, if desired. |
- Cook potatoes in jackets; peel and cube.
- Pour salad dressing over warm potatoes; chill 2 hours.
- Add celery, chopped onion, eggs, and salt. Combine mayonnaise and mustard; carefully mix with potato mixture.
- Add celery seed, if desired.
- Chill 4 hours.
