I've fallen off the wagon in a big way and gained about 4lbs in the last few weeks after ignoring my own rules. I've stopped exercising and am just eating all the wrong things.
I did this before and managed to scrape back my enthusiasm so that I lost the weight I want, but this time around its proving really hard!
Does anyone have any tips....
