Two cute stories:
Recent conversation with husband of nearly 20 years:
Me: "lookee honey - cheekbones!"
Him: "I know, I noticed them last week."
Me: "But you didn't say anything!"
Him: "Didn't say anything when you lost them either"
Last weekend:
Him: "Will your diet plan allow me to take you out to breakfast?"
Me: "Healthy eating, not diet, and it will if I want it to"
(at resturant, perusing menu)
Him: "Why don't you get an omlette? Your healthy eating plan allows me to eat your hashbrowns."
It is a good thing he's soooooo cute........

Adorable. :)
Hehehe ... lucky girl!
My DH is a great one for motivation. The other day it was looking like rain, and I told him I wasn't going to go on my jog. So he told me he'd lend me his umbrella! And another day when I was complaining that I was bored and didn't want to go on the treadmill, he suggested I walk to the store instead and buy him a tomato (I like to walk with a purpose).
I know it sounds silly, but I guess you had to have been there. PLUS he noticed that my buns are getting tighter (with only a tiny bit of prodding). He's really great for my ego. And I think it's rubbing off on him ... today he did NOT go to Burger King for lunch - he ate some grapes for a snack and went home for a proper meal.
