Prayers and Praises (November)

I know we have two days before November - but wanted to ask for prayer for the Hollowed events taking place everywhere on Oct. 31st.  My prayer is that christians everywhere will stand up and be bold (myself included) and tell someone that Jesus loves them and died for them and wants a relationship with them.  There is so much excitement going on here in my office celebrating such horrible things - the images just make me cringe - and then they wonder how some can be so wicked when these things happen in real life.

I know of many churches that offer an alternative to Holloween events and we now have several community events that are supported by churches that are free - and I pray that some will hear the gospel of Jesus Christ this weekend and will be saved !

I hope also that the christian events will have a positive impact on the people in america this weekend, My family is off to our church's first Halloween party for the community. Dinner at 4:00 and party from 5:00 to 9:00, open to the community. Let us all set the example that Christ would have set if he were here among us at this event. Your prayers will be appreciated.
