If you have tried Precision Nutrition with Dr. John Berardi, what has been your experience with the system? Is it user-friendly and convenient? What kind of weight loss results have you seen?
I heard about the system on a CC thread, and I am sooo trying to loose weight. My philosophy has been that I do not need to spend money to loose weight--just exercise faithfully and eat right. I am at the point, though, of doing what it takes to get this extra 100 pounds off.

Unless there is some sort of money back guarantee, I would say skip it. I see you joined up with CC.com on December 18. Since then, how much time have you spent exercising? And, since then, how faithful have you been to counting calories and managing your nutrition plan? I'd say, stick with the basics for six weeks and see how it goes. You can always sign up with that plan anytime, just give yourself a chance, first.
Also, with your exercise plan, don't go overboard. Maybe at first, get your kitchen timer, and set it for ten minutes, and do 12 jumping jacks, 12 alternate toe touches, 12 trunk twisters, over and over until the time goes off. Do that EVERY DAY - no exceptions. More important than anything, is getting used to carving out time to exercise. Look around the internet for exercises that interest you. My current favorite is learning to use dumbbells. It's fun!!! We all naturally gravitate towards program$ - nothing wrong with that, but I always try to spend as little money as possible when I am starting a new interest - because later, I might find it's just not for me.
Good luck, and keep us informed of your progress. We are all trying to get healthy and fit and maybe what you find might work for some of us.

Thanks Nubiker. After thinking about it earlier today, I decided to not spend $97-$147 on a product that I can easily go to the public library and read about in a book. I'm sticking to my workout plan. In college (five years ago), I lost nearly 80 pounds by walking/jogging at the track, doing crunches and jumping jacks, and eating balanced, nutritious meals (oatmeal, veggies, fruit, chicken, etc). I'm going to stick to what I'm calling my self-initiated "College Days Weight Loss Program". Over the past week I've been on CC, I've lost two pounds. A good start that I know I'll maintain. Thanks again.
Definately, try new things. One of my friends has offered to bring me to the place where he goes wall climbing. So I'm going to try it for the first time next Thursday... it should be... exercise to say the least.
Maybe I'll like it, maybe I won't.. but I'll try it.
