I'm new to this site. I'm 5'4 and 145lbs, and 18 wk into my pregnancy. I want to stay a healthy weight and meet people who are also in my shoes. I just started watching the "Cook Yourself Thin" shows and love the food! My husband can't even tell that its healthy or not our usual. I made their pizza instead of ordering his favorite and he loved it. I would like to share my little knowledge with anyone and also learn from everyone. I live under the hot sun of Nv and am a full time nurse. Oh, I'm fixing to be 24! I'm still trying to figure out this site but am excited and think that if I have to actually log what I eat I'll be less tempted to eat the chocolate and cookies that I want. Hope to hear from someone soon!

Congrats on your pregnancy!! I too am trying to get pregnant but i would like to be at reasonable weight first.  Me an my husband love food and he is afraid to eat anything healthy hes one of those steak and potato fans.  I would love to get some ideas or share some with you on cooking healthier!!
