Premade: boiled chicken, steamed vegetagles, whole wheat spagetti, and sweated vegtables, for 5 days worth of lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Premade Lunch

3 carrot Carrots
2 stalks Celery
0.25 large Onions
2.5 tbsp Omega Plus Buttery Spread
5 oz dry Whole Wheat Spagetti
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 cup slices Beets
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
20 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 large Onions

Recipe Directions for Premade Lunch

  1. Sweat 1/4 large onion, carrots, and celery in butter spread. Split into 5th and bag.

  2. Steam 1/2 large onion, beets, broccoli, and squash. Split into 5ths and bag.

  3. Place chicken in skillet, slightly cover with water and simmer for ~15mins. Split into 5ths and bag.

  4. Cook pasta, split into 5ths and bag.
