Preparation H around your eyes???

Quote  |  Reply

I've read that using Preparation H around your eyes helps with puffiness but I feel kind of weird using butt cream on my eyes.  Has anyone out there ever tried it?  If so, did it work?  I hear they use it on actresses and models but I'm not sure I should believe everything I hear/read.......

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Diana

I use it ALL the time!!  it's amazing.  I put it on at night before I go to bed.  you can put it on during the day also, but I don't usually.

If it's gentle enough for your butt... imagine underneath your eyes.  I don't care what anyone says.... THAT'S what has kept me from gettin' any wrinkles and/or puffyness under my eyes;

:)

try it, you wont regret it

Moodymama, thanks for your reply.  If I use it in the morning and plan on using face makeup as well, would I just put my face makeup over it or would it be too greasy?

Thanks again!!  :-)

Diana

I have never tried it, but I have an Aunt that has used it for years. She is 70 but looks 50. She puts it on every night, before going to bed. When we have family functions, everyone always asks her how she stays so young looking. She tells us that it should be a law that prep H and ivory soap should be the only two things people put on their face. lol

I used to wear it underneath my make up and it seemed fine.  It wasn't greasy at all especially if you use a thin layer when you wear it under your makeup.  (if the layer's too thick, it'll just look greasy even though it's NOT) ....so just keep a thin layer during the day time

At night if/when you put it on, you can put a little extra on because while we sleep, it tends to come off easier as we toss and turn. (not too thick though... you don't want it to get in your eyes)

results are different for everyone, but I noticed the difference in the puffyness under my eyes in about 1-2 weeks  (that was like 8 years ago that I started using it)

Moodymama, thanks again for the input.  I'm going to try it!

I must say I LOVE that picture of the guy with the Daisy Duke shorts.  LOL.  Every time I look at it I crack up.  And I checked out your Bio and all those pictures cracked me up too, especially the Telly Tubbies (sp?) one....You have a GREAT sense of humor!  My kind of person.  Laughing  LOL, LOL.....I still can't stop laughing at your pictures......

Take care & have a nice evening.....

Diana

hehe,  thanks  ;)    he's HOT huh?!  jk

make sure you try it.... and give us an update if you can (when you notice the results)

take care.... and G-luck

I've always wondered about it too....having just read this I'm going to get some. Can it help reduce the appearance of lines that are already there?

I have never tried it, but think I might now after reading this thread.  I have heard that Beauty Pageant contestants not only use it on their eyes but on their butt cheeks where they meet the top of the thigh to eliminate sag!
