I appreciate I am able to find this information on the net, but doubt I would completely trust it.
Presently I weight 200lbs and am 6`2.
I perform 3 batches of 20 press-ups per day (usually in a 30 minute spell once I have finished work).
I would like to know if this is actually aiding me in anything and what I should do to make the benefit more.
Regards

Yes. Push(press) ups, when in proper form, work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, lower back, and abs. Over time you will find those 60 to be much easier, when you do, just up your count a bit. But they are definatly a good excercise for when you are home with no equipment.
(I try to do about 100/day)
