So I am a complete pretzel fanatic! I eat them every day for a snack or with my lunch. I always get the honey wheat kind from trader joes or rold gold. I know that pretzels are high in sodium, but my blood pressure is low anyway so this can't be too bad.

Do you think that eating pretzels each day is horrible? I am soo addicted. I have tried to add in other things to not grab the pretzel bag, but I love them and can't help it.

Does anyone have any input or advise? Am I alone? Should I be concerned??

As long as you're staying within your calorie goal while eating pretzels and you're not concerned about sodium, why not?  And judging by your little avatar, I don't think you have to worry about your weight too much. :-P

I love pretzels too! :) I eat a serving almost every day, and have been doing so probably for months, haha. I haven't noticed any bad effects from them, so don't worry and enjoy them, as long as you don't eat too much, I guess.

I couldn't agree with you more! I am completely addicted to Rold Gold Tiny Twists. Occasionally I'll eat them with a piece of string cheese or a little Peanut Butter, but love them just as much when they are plain. It is honestly one of my favorite low call snacks. I don't eat many other salty foods so I'm not too concerned with eating them on a regular basis.

Gosh I feel so much better haaa....
Yea, I love pretzels too, but worry that they're not nutritious enough since Im supposed to be trying to gain...haha, but pretzels are really good with peanut butter or chocolate milk, so I guess thats some protein lol.  But my favorites are the honey ones too!

While I agree that if you are under your calorie goal then no harm no foul but please remember that your body will convert those pretzels to sugar to burn before it will use your fat stores. But as said earlier that's probably not a big deal to you.

Have you tried the peanut butter filled ones?  Yummy!!!

I like the honey whole wheat and I don't think they have that much sodium.
