Hi all,

I've been on just a few days here. It is really helping me to control portions!

My question is about the burn meter.

Can you not pull up your 24 hour calorie burn from previous days?  I can't figure out any way to do this.

Thanks,

chilicheese

look at the lower part of the Burn Meter page.  You'll see a place to put in the dates of the report(s) you want to see.  Select the dates and there you are!
From what I see.  You can view your past nutrition and activity.  But not total burn and total consumed for past days.
you can always see total consumed (well for certain number of months) but the burn is strictly that calendar day.  Once it rolls over to 0 at midnight, the previous day's burn number is no longer available.
I wish you could see the total calories burned and the total consumed over time.
when I said Burn Meter page, I meant Activities Log.  I'm sorry for the confusion.  The way I do it is look up the activity report and then add that to my normal burn, which appears in the Burn Meter box at the top all the time.  That never changes.  I realize it's not really accurate because the burn meter automatically averages over the course of the day, but it's close.

But is it possible to add to previous days' food and exercise log? I've only figured out how to see what you entered on other days..

I was curious about this too, so what I was added up my activity log for the last week, then added in my BMR minus some to account for overlap, then subtracted my food log for the past week. Came up with a weekly deficit of 5000 calories. Let's see what the scale says tomorrow morning!

IMO, as long as you're making the right range from day to day, then who cares? If you really want to be obsessive, then record your burn meter number at the end of every day in Excel or something and create your own long-term log.
