Problem With Calorie Counting!!!
I really find it difficult to count calories of the food I eat. I'm a Sri Lankan, and most of the food we eat are not in the food log. I don't know how to measure it either. Help me.

try googling "calories in (food name here)". You might be surprised at what you find! Then enter it as a new food!
Have you tried calculating the nutritional values of your family's recipes? Under the Foods tab there is a link for "New Recipe". Enter the ingredients, amounts, and number of servings for any dish and it calculates the nutritional value per serving. I find it struggles with the wording of some ingredients like garam masala, but it usually finds everything that actually contains calories.
