Problem spots?

Quote  |  Reply

So, I'm new to this whole diet and exercise thing...and I'm not sure how I should be working on my problem areas.  I eat 1800 calories regularly like recommended and drink basically only water.  The areas on my body that I am really trying to work at are: right underneath the bra line and that wonderful pudge beneath the belly button.  I can't seem to get rid of the excess fat in those areas...anyone have ideas on how to work those areas?  Thanks!

you can't really pick and choose where the fat will come off.  you just have to do your cardio and dieting and whatnot and it will come off where it wants to, eventually hitting your target areas.  You can weight lift and strength train (your abs) to tighten them up, but the fat will still be over the muscles until you work it off (or diet it off).  sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear...I'm dying to get rid of my thighs and belly...my belly is slowly going away, my thighs are still lookin the same, but my boobs shrank a cup size!  Go figure...
