Is the format compatible? As in is it a .jpg or what?

I'm trying also and getting the same error message. My picture is from Windows Vista's sample pictures folder.. JPEG 390 x 293. I'm not familiar with uploading pictures like this.. I've been trying to drag-n-drop the image to no avail.

I have tried it as a jpg and also as a gif. It is about 6kb in size and is 125x94

Just doesn't work. :(

hmm thats odd, It might just be down today :/ You could try tomorrow

edit: Not too many people seem to be in The Lounge right now, so like I said update us tommorrow and people might be havin the same problem :)

Send a message to the site -- just click the "contact us" at the bottom of the page -- or the "tell us what you think" near the upper right hand corner -- make sure you select the right people to send it to from the pull down menu (website or technical issues)

they'll get back with you

You might want to try and resize it? I had the same problem a while back and after I made it a smaller file size, it worked just fine. Although 6kb isn't that big so I'm not so sure if that's the problem.

I tried yesterday and today and kept getting the same error message as the OP.

Photo's are same size as the 2 I previously uploaded.  I think it maybe a system glitch.

Sorry for this inconvenience.  The Technical Team are looking into this issue and I'll update this thread  once I hear back from them.
Hi Folks,

This should be all fixed now.  If you have any problems please email me here.
