Anthony Yoghurt is actually more likely to help you lose fat rather than put it on, Providing of course you have your calories under control. http://www.suite101.com/content/yogurt-for-we ight-loss-and-fat-loss-a228524 |

Sit down for half an hour and write down all your mothers qualities and then write down all this woman's faults Say something like "Yes my mother has her shortcoming's but then don't we all, andon the other hand she is always generous with charities, and kind to animals and children and I HAVE NEVER KNOWN HER TO RUN SOMEONE DOWN BEHIND THEIR BACK, and she is not a hypocrite Make sure that all the things you praise her for are things that are faults in this woman and are genuinely qualities in your mother, How badly do you need the free feed anyway? If you don't like a fight ignore every thing i said but you may be surprised how good it feels to grab someone by the throatand shake them, Metaphorically speaking of course |

***when measuring water, are you supposed to measure it in fluid oz or normal oz?***
"A pint of clear water weighs a pound and a quarter" that is 20 oz so a fluid Oz (of water) weighs an Oz that is of course for Imperial measurements I think the yanks have made their own arrangements LOL edit to insert condition |

I think we are battling hard to catch up with the US , though. mainly it is the beer, few Aussies blokes would be seen dead with a bag of doughnuts, in case their Friends thought they were lurking paedophiles |

If it is all the fingers except the pinkie and the top half of the ring finger then it is probably the carpel tunnel syndrome (trapped nerve at wrist) and if it is the pinkie and the top half of the ring finger then it is the Ulner nerve compression (elbow nerve) rearrange how you sit at the computer and where you rest your wrists and elbows and try to sleep with your arms straight and away from your body and not bent and twisted and underneath you or hanging out of the bed with the weight on your elbow. there is absolutly heaps on it on google

“This is a real badge, I’m a real cop, and this is a real **** gun”, “You call that a knife? That’s not a knife. This is a knife”, edited to keep PG happy, I had referenced them in case the yanks didn't recognise the Australian quotes |

Always remember Winston Churchill, One day Lady Astor thought to put him in his place by saying "Winston, You are incredibly drunk" to which Winstons retort was " Yes Lady Astor, and you are incredibly Ugly, but tomorrow, I, shall be sober" So if some little sht says you are fat, just remember Winston and say "perhaps, but you are definately very stupid, I can get thin, but you are never ever going to be anything but stupid, and then walk away |

***Probably pasteurization's worst offence is that it makes insoluable the major part of the calcium contained in raw milk. This frequently leads to rickets, bad teeth, and nervous troubles, for sufficient calcium content is vital to children; and with the loss of phosphorus also associated with calcium, bone and breain formation suffer serious setbacks.*** http://www.realmilk.com/rawvpasteur.html You may also enjoy these abstracts http://www.realmilk.com/abstractsmilk.html http://www.hps-online.com/troph9.htm "Call me obsessive" All right you are obsessive, also wrong! How come I have to produce links but you don't, Is it cos your quotes are pretty much works of fiction? Your internet search on this subject must have been pretty rough and ready if it happened at all, I have found heaps of links similar to the above simply by googling "Calcium and pasteurised milk" I Mean, How hard is that? I note you "bow out of further discussion" Of course you do!! LOL you have had the ship shot out of you, so the only manoeuvre left is to change the subject, Hence the comments on lactose intolerance (Not part of the discussion) and removal of calcium from the milk ( no one said it was removed , it is simply unavailable for absorption), and to withdraw from further discussion before further information shows you to be totaly one eyed Edit to close brackets
