Also I said the thoughts are FADING. Not completely just gone. They still are there. Just not every second of the day and not all my thoughts are on food and such

Also it's normal to feel like I'm just going to keep gaining and be a bit scared right? I wake up at night crying sometimes terrified because I had a dream I was overweight

Oh there fine! If you really want to slim them down a tiny bit just keep on doing lunges and walking a bit more. Thighs really do take I think the longest to change. It might take a couple more months

Really?  How incredibly rude of you.  you asked for help.

and I got answers and replied and I figured out why.

So there answer is wrong and not helpful and why reply to something if it's already been answered and there answer is completely wrong.

How incredibly rude of you. haha..ok.

You aren't cooking them for long enough. They are falling in the center because then center is still goopy. Try putting in a tooth pick to confirm the muffins are cooked. You may only be taking them out 2-3 minute early.

If I would have cooked them longer they would have been burnt to a crisp. THE RECIPE SUCKED AND DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH FLOUR IN IT.

Gingerbread oatmeal bowl and 1 rice cake with gingerbread peanut butter. I usually don't like gingerbread in the winter times, always tastes better in the summer.

Skinny cow ice cream? A frozen banana then blended with cocoa powder so it's a " soft serve " ice cream.

I finally got the courage to go to the doctor and tell someone. I've been trying to " recover " on my own and I have gained 9 pounds since may. ( Does that seem fast or.. ? ) I still have my bad days though.

I told her all about my eating patterns and such, She said If I keep on eating the amount I should I should be fine. She said I can maintain my weight if I gain 1 more pound, problem is I'll gain the last pound, feel bad, not eat my maintence calories and lose a pound or two! ah!

I'm to afraid to weigh myself though but I'm pretty sure I gained a pound or two because I really do look different.

Can I post here since I'm eating the proper amount and am healthy now?

Breakfast:

Soy chocolate peanut butter cup baked oatmeal

Rice cake with peanut butter

Spoonful of peanut butter right out of the jar (;

Lunch:

Whole medium avocado

1 rice cake

hard boiled egg white

mini carton of vanilla almond milk ( there so cute, they look like mini juice boxes but are filled with 8 oz almond milk )

Snack:

Rice cake spread with homemade dark chocolate almond butter

" cookie dough " dip ( aka chickpeas blended up with chocolate chips )

6 oz vanilla chobani

17 almonds

Dinner:

1 small high fiber tortilla filled with egg whites, lettuce, 2 slices vegetarian " ham "

serving of baby carrots

Dessert:

Skinny cow mini ice cream cup

=2,000(:

Exercise: Walking to my fridge ( haha ) and 10 minutes jumping rope
