| Oh there fine! If you really want to slim them down a tiny bit just keep on doing lunges and walking a bit more. Thighs really do take I think the longest to change. It might take a couple more months | |||

I finally got the courage to go to the doctor and tell someone. I've been trying to " recover " on my own and I have gained 9 pounds since may. ( Does that seem fast or.. ? ) I still have my bad days though. I told her all about my eating patterns and such, She said If I keep on eating the amount I should I should be fine. She said I can maintain my weight if I gain 1 more pound, problem is I'll gain the last pound, feel bad, not eat my maintence calories and lose a pound or two! ah! I'm to afraid to weigh myself though but I'm pretty sure I gained a pound or two because I really do look different. Can I post here since I'm eating the proper amount and am healthy now?
