Weight Loss 5'4", 185 lbs, new to dieting. Apr 28 2012

I am 5'4" and now weigh 179. I started at 216 on weight watchers an got down to 183 but then they weight loss stopped so my Dr recommend counting calories and that's when I found this app on my phone and realized I could never eat 1200 calories and learned that I needed to eat more??

Once I started eating more (healthy foods) I started to lose weight again my goal is 168 for now but ultimately I would like to get to 145. I am currently burning roughly 1000-1200 calories 5 days a week at the gym.

Just need to get in shape has been hard since I got injured in Afghanistan but I'm glad that I have healed enough to be on this weight loss journey. I think you will really enjoy this site!
