you can mix that with some sort of meat (or not, whichever) then roll that in a cabbage leaf then stick a toothpick through it to secure it.

then make watery tomato soup (haha), and add tomatoes in for better taste.

 then, turn off the water and immediately after, add the cabbage/tofu combo into the soup.

i tend to use meat in it so it stays better together, but i think it'll work?  and if not, the tofu will have that hint of tomato so i think win-win! haha

I think so.

I know a person who went on a "twinkie" diet (really gross) and he lost weight..

With that being said, I think if you do that kind of diet, you end up rebounding. I think what we need to focus on it nutrients and not calories

Well, during my worst times I went about a day with 100 calories...

Nowadays sometimes I slip up and eat 900 but I try to eat at least 1900 calories

I'm not really sure but I think it's when you feel out of control.

Like for me, I ate various things out of the fridge and felt out of control but then when I checked the calorie amount, it only went to 400 calories.

Hey :) I've been gaining weight. But the funny thing is, I'm gaining on 900 calories... It's weird how everyone thinks I'm fine but in actuality, I feel worse than before.

Ok. Take a deep breath.

If you increased a little, you will probably be fine. Usually they let you get out of the hospital when your vital signed are well.

When you catch a cold you usually lose around 2 or 3 pounds. So depending on whether you increased a little or maintained the calories, It should balance out.

It's really weird to hear, but my nutritionist was anorexic and recovered. She would eat 500 cals and gain... But once she started slowly bumping it up to 4,000 calories (I know wow right?) she gained a little and then it steadied. she's now 25 and she is maintaining her weight at 3,000 and maybe even more calories. Just goes to show you that your body adjusts with whatever you give it :)

I tried to. Ate a sandwich too.

But when I counted by the end of the day, it wasn't as much as I thought. It was wayyyyyy lower than I thought.

Oh well... One step at a time.

I heard from my nutritionist that metabolism speeds up by a lot and after you recover the right way, our metabolisms will be higher than most. She also told me that our bodies have a "set weight" that it likes to be at, and it takes A LOT of work to raise it and also lower it.

So everything I'm gaining on is water retention? Cause I've been this weight for about two weeks now without really upping my intake. But yesterday I got up to 1400 so woot!
