| Bio | hey, I'm LtotheN. I'm a 19-year-old female college student. I'm vegan. I would like to be 100 pounds, as I was for a very short period of time in December. However my parents are making me gain to 120. :( so, I am on a weight-gain diet. (my real goal is 115 though because I can usually fake 5 lbs by eating bulky, salty meals before a weigh-in.) to take advantage of this forced weight gain, I lift weights and eat lots of protein in order to put on muscle. so that's why I eat so much. my main nutritional goals are: maximizing protein (at least 100g), minimizing added sugars, minimizing sodium except before weigh-ins, and avoiding feeling hungry.
