Hi Everyone!

I have not been sticking to the right food or calorie counting for the past 4 days but I have been exercising. I got a new treadmill and I have been making sure to log in atleast 30 minutes a day with incline. I know it isnt enough but I am totally stressed these days. I kind of spiral off when I am stressed and don't calorie count, do any of you have any ideas of what could be done?

Its the first time I ask for community support when I wander away from my diet, maybe this time it will work instead of building myself for failure by dwelling over what went wrong! Any help would be appreciated :)

Fabulous! I firmly believe that we can do it!

(January 13th 2012)  -

Starting Weight : 300lb.

(June 1st 2012) -

Target Weight : 250lb.

I am also planning to exercise 45 minutes/day.

How about you guys?

Great! 40 pounds does seem more reasonable but let's try for 50 pounds? How much exercise?
