I've just started and have lost just over 6 pounds this week. I hope to lose 30 in 2 months so I think I'm on the right track.

Grr! I ate a load of chocolate on Friday and had some of my white chocolate egg last night! Haha none tonight I'll save the rest for later in the week.

Yesterday I was 248.4 and today I am 247.75. Totally blame that chocolate last night. I hate Easter!

New to this thread! And just joined this site! Only been it a week.

I weighed myself yesterday and today in the morning before breakfast. Yesterday I was 248.4 and today I'm 245.8. Very happy about this.

I just drink a glass of water. If you have already eaten you're not really hungry and your body is playing tricks on you.

Oh and fizzy drinks and energy drinks! I used to have like up to 5 full sugar glasses of it a DAY. I just love it and I hate the diet ones. But now I've cut out energy drinks out as a whole. And I'm forcing myself not to have fizzy. Because I know if I have one I'll have more. So every time I go to the shop wanting one I force myself to buy a bottle of water instead. And I notice the difference!

I am 18 and way 112.7 kgs. I want to walk in to a shop and be able to pick and piece of clothing and it to fit me perfectly.

Thanks so much. Yes it's so hard to find the time to exercise when I'm working 10 hour shifts. I try to walk to and from work when I can which is about 2.4 miles each way. I like to run at night when I can and I do that after work on my way home on that 2.4ml route. Other than that I pretty much don't know how to fit in other exercise. I've started doing rounds infront of the tv after work. Like 20 star jumps then burpees then those flutter kicks and uh jump around and jog on the spot. Is that okay?

So I am 18, 5"6 and F and 230 pounds ish. Want to lose at least 50 this year. Already 8ish but then dowoaded this app. Hope it helps.
