Ok, so a little over a year ago I came to CC and found that it helped me a ton (well not literally).  I lost some weight, liked the journal, the logs, and the fact that I got so much support out of the forums I just knew everything was going to work out.  Well, life has a funny way of screwin up your plans and after a pretty nasty breakup with a fiancee I was just totally not committed to keeping myself on track and gained everything that I had lost.

Emotional eating is a killer and that's how it started, I then felt like I had given up so screw it and just keep doin what I'm doin.

Well, now that you know all of that, I am officially back in business.  I have decided that I will be doing what I need to do for me.  I'm not really concerned about anyone else at the moment just me.  So, the plan is, set a realistic goal (lose 100 lbs) and treat myself to an Italian vacation.  Well, that's the plan anyway.
