Bio

I am British, originally from Bangladesh, living in London most of my life. I used to be fairly fit and healthy but the decline began about 12 years ago. I am looking to return to a healthy weight and regain a level of fitness.

At my heaviest, for a guy my height, I was 190 pounds. Which may not sound like much but for me that meant I was classed as obese. Since mid 2006 I've lost weight by changing my lifestyle. Its been slow but I lost around 16 pounds until December 1st 2007, when I started a diet proposed by my friend who is also a Shapeworks mentor (see: www.beslimnhealthy.com). I have since then lost a further 16 pounds and have approximately 21 pounds to go to return to a normal weight range. My target is to lose this by April 2008. (Edit: This was written back in Jan 10 2008)

As of the beginning of May 2008 I weigh 138lbs and have passed my first milestone. My current target is to reach 133lbs and final target is 126lbs.
