-seared tuna definately has to be medium rare. I cooked it to well done the first time I bought it and couldn't understand why everyone on the internet was raving about how much they love tuna steak. hahaha. -chicken obviously has to be cooked well done... -bison for me has to be medium rare since it's so low in fat. beef...medium-well. I'm not a big fan of red meat but I will eat it. -scallops are best when they are seared on the outside, soft on the inside or else they get all chewy and bitter...blahhh |

thanks for the ideas, everyone. (: especially the popsicle idea, that sounds amazing! I had it in a bowl of oatmeal with dates today, and wow, was it good. reminded me of rice pudding. I think I'll be okay with the saturated fat issue, I bought the "Light" kind which has 4g of saturated fat per 1/3 cup. not bad at all. plus, it's really really good for your hair and energy and things like that. |

I absolutely love salmon, red tuna, and scallop sashimi! :) I've been eating it ever since I was 5, haha. I haven't tried many rolls...California rolls are pretty yummy though. |

I eat up to 40% (mostly from nuts) some days and I feel alot better than I did when I was fat-deprived. my hair is shiny and healthy and my skin glows. |
