I'm generally fit and go to the gym at least 4 times a week.  I have a fast metabolism but I've reached 30 Laughing and it's going downhill from there.  I've also reached a plateau on my routines so I'm putting myself on a diet plan to speed up my metabolism.  The goal is to drop down to 5-7% body fat and maintain that.  I'm do willful enough to put myself on a rigorous diet but friends and social outings sometimes gets the better of you.  Red wine, is a major weakness so that might hinder my goal somewhat.
