No offense but you obviously are uneducated about the perceived "importance" of breakfast (I'm aware you are still going to take offense to this). A heap of better controlled studies have shown that meal frequency does not matter for weight loss when controlled for macronutrient and calorie intake. If someone isn't eating enough, then I agree adding more meals could help them, but so could just eating bigger meals, or more calorie dense meals. The number and timing of meals is not what really matters here. I think that the point that shouldn't be misunderstood. You can lose weight on 6, or on 2 meals a day, or anything in between. If the person isn't hungry in the morning and is staying on target with their calories, forcing food down their throat just for the sake of "having breakfast" isn't going to help anything. |

its important to note that this is only "important" assuming you have some sort of other taxing workout/event withing a few hours or less later. Your body's glycogen stores refill plenty enough in less than a day. |

if you read any of those, you'd see its all correlation. And correlation does not equal causation. |

if you don't have any eating disorders and can hit your calorie target for the day, you don't need to eat breakfast. Actually you should NOT force yourself. Breakfast is not any more important than any other meal. your 24 hour intake is what matters most. |

your metabolism isn't going to get "kicked up," and you'd be most likely be better just going home and eating some real food. |

hardly the most filling thing, and not really a prime source of protein, and rather loaded in calories. If you can control yourself to just a few then, sure, they're great, as in any food that keeps you within your calories... |

"Ripped, toned abs" come from achieving a lower BF (of course you need to have some abs to begin with, under that fat). As far as good ab workouts, planks are great for strengthening, as are ab wheel roll outs (my favorites). Other "big" workouts like squats and deadlifts also hit the abs as well, for stabilization. |

You don't need to train to failure to get stronger (theres plenty out there that suggests it may work against you as well), just like you don't need to be constantly lifting your max weight to gain more strength. |
