This is going to sound stupid and probably wont help.  Im taking tums for calcium since I HATE milk.  I save my tums for nighttime.  They taste so fruity and I just suck on my two.  I dont want to eat anything.  But I think mine is coming from boredom.  So it helps to just suck on something.  Also. I think that as long as you are still burning more caleries than you are taking in , and you are still eating healhty, ts not a big deal.. Just dont eat right before bed!

OMG I'm heavier than when I started this thing! lol I'm not going to feel TOO bad. I  had a cheat day yesterday and ate a piece of pizza some breadsticks and some ice cream. Also, it was a holiday weekend, I had some beers too.  There is NO way I could have gained an acual 5lbs.  It has to be undigested foods and water right? Some one reassure me,, please?

I'm SO not logging this on my weight log! haha! I winnnn.

They are good.  The strawberry one is the best one I think.  You don't get a lot but I'm acualy happy for that. Perfect for those days when you are under your calories but probably not best to have everyday.

Hey guys.  Happy Monday!  Ugh I acualy gained a lb since my last post.  I think it was the beers this weekend.  Still 2 lbs down since last Monday though!  Right on track.

coco butter is a myth I think.  I used it when I was pregnant and my stomach looks like a road map now.  I hope you can find something that works great.  And if you do let me know!

Wow those paper clips are a great idea.  I  have sadly, only my menu up.  I find that if I plan my menu a week in advance when I go grocery shopping.  I'm more apt to make something healthy.  Instead of saying meh I don't want to cook anything today lets go out to eat.  My BF and I KNOW what we are getting today and I can plan the rest of my day around it. :)

Hello Group! Hows everyones Thrusday going?

So far lost this month: 3 lbs.  That does no sound right but ok.  It couldn't be water weight I already droped a bundle of water weight.  hm.. could it?

In reply to the Apple Cider Vinegar thing.  Thanks for posting that link!  I've had terrible fatigue for about a month now.  Maybe this is just what I need.

Just open up a couple paints( one for both pictures ) and make one pictures area larger buy pulling on the areas of the acual picture.  This should stretch the paint out but not the picture and you'll notice some white.. make it big enough for the other picture.. Go to the other picture (in paint) copy it and then paste it ( Cnt + V ) in the paint that you stretched out. Now just move it around so its not on front of the first picture.  Voila

Hope that this isn't too confusing.  Excited to see the pictures!

That alarm clock thing is sweet.  IDK what my problems is.  I  had my Iron checked before.  It was 10 years ago, though.  I have terrible bags under my eyes as if I had been up all night when really I'm sleeping for 8 hours. lol.. 

So, How was today?  Your first day of setting the alarm clock?

I also could sleep constantly if you'd let me. I think it stems from OCD and the depression I have going on from it and other things.  IDK how to solve it. :/  Get a good night sleep.  Maybe try to only sleep for like 7 hours.  I hear over sleeping can make you even more tired.  GL on trying to be "normal."

Have to agree on the fresh fruit idea. I get a cup of Vanilla Yogurt and add some fresh fruits. Strawberries. Blueberries and Raspberries are my favorite.

I use AE YoLight. Its great but unfortunately its only available here in Iowa since its made here locally.

wow.  I have to agrea with most everyone here.  You are looking perfect right now.  You should start to stop trying to loose it so much and keep yourself where you are at.
