Hey everyone,

I just wanted to apologize to everyone for being so neglectful this month.  I had no idea how much work the new house would be nor did I expect things to get so busy at work.  I have just been very swamped with everything - which meant the list didn't get updated as often as normal.

Anyway, on that note, I wanted to let you all know that I'm probably not going to run the group again - at least not in the same way.... I will keep the thread going but I will probably only update the main post weekly - is that ok with the group??

ETA - I'm "hearing" lots of frustrations out there... We still have 12 days left!  Even if you think you know you won't make your goal, push it (in a healthy way, of course) to see where you end up.  At the very least you can see use that number to see if the scale matches your calculations and to help you plan for next month.

eat4health - I just went through the same thing (as you can see with my numbers).  I took some time to think about my goals for the rest of the year in terms of my weight, and wrote those goals in my journal.  That gave me some more steam for the challenge.  Sometimes I lose focus on the big picture and taking the time to re-focis helps.

 I believe (but could very well be wrong) that the posted time is your time - wherever you may be. 

What was your clock time when you posted and what does your time stamp say?  What time zone are you in?

Just wanted to verify that your weight listed for Week 5 is really for Week 6.  I had 265.5 in the excel document for Week 5, so I just listed 267.3 for Week 6.  Let me know if this is not correct.
