Some people on here are just flat out rude. Maybe to you these questions seem idiotic but some people are not aware of healthy living and are here for advice. When you first started I'm sure you didn't and STILL don't know everything. Be courteous. It sickens me how people treat each other. Rant over!

Well it's weigh in day for me. I've been sick all week so my exercise was non existent and diet was not good. Luckily I didn't gain, just stayed the same. Sw challenge 195 Cw 194

I have 3 of the books and I read them all and really enjoyed them and found them very helpful. I was clueless about eating healthy. I think it was a good investment

Im down to 194 but now the weekend and Super Bowl is here so I'll have to work extra hard next week to work off what I know I'm gonna gain! Ugh a vicious cycle. No self control.

I had Wendy's and although I got a grilled chicken sandwich I'm still feeling crappy about it, especially since tomorrow was my weigh in day. I think I'm gonna get on my elliptical. Lol

I started 5 days ago and I also asked the same question as you. Only one person responded and said to push through it, so I did. It was not easy doing the work being so sore but the next day I felt much better. So from my own experience I say push through it.

I didn't go over in calories I still have a deficit. Idk why I feel so guilty they were very small portions. I guess I just need to get over it lol.

I'm 5'2 with 36DDD so yes I know how you ladies feel. I have to wear two sports bras to comfortably do a jumping jack. Everyone also tells me most my weight is in my boobs but that's just not realistic. I guess people who don't have this issue don't understand. I don't think my boobs are going to get smaller but I could be wrong. Even when pregnant I didn't change sizes at all. My only advice is to have a good sports bra. I've heard that push ups will help in the breast area but I'm not sure.

Well first and foremost congrats on the weight loss so far!

Second you have to try and not let others control you. Loosing weight is a tough and long journey. I've been at it for 4 weeks and only lost 6 pounds. Don't let others discourage you. Use their negativity as fuel to keep pushing on!

It sounds like you are working out a lot do you really have to be sure and eat enough. I'm not good at all the math that's involved in this but I know you should have a calorie deficit of about 500. I hope my advice helps. Don't give up!

Hey everyone. I had a busy weekend with my birthday party and didnt get on cc at all. Needless to say I had a lot of alcohol and bad food so I gained 2 pounds. I also fell and hurt my ankle do I'm gonna have to take it easy on the workouts:(

About the Skype, I think it's a great idea however I only get on here from an app on my phone not by a computer!

Briannes I also did hcg for a bit I didn't gain additional weight but I did gain back what I had lost. I never seem to be able to get below 190. It's very frustrating. I started eating healthy 3 weeks ago and have lost about 6 pounds which isn't bad but on the weekend I'll gain like 4 pounds back and it takes me a couple days to loose those pounds I gained. Ugh ok I'm done ranting. Good luck everyone we can do this!
