hi everyone! my name is anna and I used to come on here all the time. I am fully recovered from anorexia and dont stress about food and weight so much anymore. im posting here so some friends on here in recovery can see how much you can eat and maintain on after recovery :) dont usually count calories but ill add them up to see

 

breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs, huge mug of coffee with 1/2c hazelnut creamer (380)

snack: davids salted sunflower seeds (180)

lunch: 4 breaded, cooked in oil turkey meatballs, 2 cups mixed veg (brussel sprouts, cauliflower) (320)

snack: nutella & banana sandwich <3 (450)

dinner: 6 more meatballs lol and more veggies (440)

snack: 2 kirkland chocolate chip cookies from costco (440) and a glass of milk (100)

total so far 2,310 and will have another snack or two before bed

sasybee- ive been AMAZING. i havent been on CC at all cause i just dont think about food and weight so much anymore which is good, but i will start posting on the "2000+ calories maintainers group" in the maintainer forum so whoever can get an idea of how much you can still eat and maintain on after recovery :) email me if you want to chat!

partyring ive missed you and glad you are doing amazing!! this ^^^ i feel the exact same way, i hardly have any ed thoughts anymore and i love my life. i cant imagine being any happier so keep going guys its worth it no matter what your ed in your head is saying now, it will go away just keep eating!!

hey guys:) just checking in to say that im doing so well and im rooting for all of you!! i'll post yesterdays food while im on here.

 

breakfast:

  • 2 bananas with 2 tbsp nutella
  • bowl of chocolate cheerios, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla yogurt

snack:

  • piece of little caesars cheese pizza

huge lunch:

  • bowl of kashi puffs with almond milk and a sf pudding cup mixed in
  • wheat wrap with a banana, pb, and jelly
  • another wheat wrap with deli chicken slices
  • snack package of garden salsa sunchips
  • white chocolate lindoor truffle
  • 2.5 oz of tortilla chips

dinner:

  • baby carrots
  • a couple fudgesicles
  • 2 yogurt cups with cereal and strawberries

snack:

  • 2 more bananas with 2 tbsp biscoff spread

i ate 5 bananas yesterday!!! hahah i love bananas.

yes to all of the above. they have totally subsided in recovery. the only thing left for me is sometimes not liking my body or thinking im "fat".

i was antisocial, now i hangout with friends a ll the time

i was embarassed and nervous, now i go on dates

i was depressed, now i love life

i was irritable, now im patient

i had OCD revolving around clenliness and food preparation, now i dont freak out and clean all of my dishes insanely right after using them

i was close online friends with samantha too. we talked so much and she was honestly one of the first people who helped me start and continue my recovery and i cant thank her enough. when i got the cc message i started crying and my mom heard me and read the message and cried with me. she was so young and so smart and she was my friend. i cant believe shes gone :/ RIP sam and i will continue praying for her family <3

hey guys :) just wanted to stop in and post my massive list of food from today :) i didnt count cause it was easter, i ate a ton, and im fine.. :)

 

breakfast: 3 of the big cadbury cream eggs :x (160cal each), 1 cadbury chocolate creme egg, 4 mini cookies and cream eggs

lunch/snacking: 5 more medium sized chocolate eggs filled with fudge, pb, and caramel, tons (about 3-4 servings each) of tortilla chips/potato chips with artichoke dip and salsa, veggies and ranch, some cheese and crackers

dinner: 2 very thick slices of pork tenderloin, 1 cup of cheesy potatoes with potato chips crunched on top, 1 cup of broccoli cheese casserole, 1 cup of spaghetti with 4 turkey meatballs, a piece of a wheat baguette

dessert: 2 slices of costco all american chocolate cake (<3) each with 1 cup of vanilla bean ice cream (2 c total), few bites of cinnamon type pie

snack: another little pc of cake, 2 skinny cow caramel cone ice cream cups, an iced oatmeal raisin luna bar, another 2 chocolate eggs

hey guys! just stopped in to say that i wont be posting much anymore but not because im not doing well so no one worry about that :) im doing fabulous and having hardly a single ED thought. been busy with friends reconnecting with them and feeling the best i have ever felt in my life. im going to stop going on the computer os much because living is much more fun :) RECOVERY IS WORTH IT. good luck everyone thank you all so much for your help and i will be back time to time to check in on you lovlies :)

been out with friends this weekend so busy and almost totally ED free. anyone out there who is struggling, it is SO WORTH IT. when people used to say that to me whe i was deep in ed i wouldnt believe them but truely this feels amazing <3

both past 2 days food were all with friedns :) yay

breakfast:

  • dry kix cereal
  • english muffin with laughing cow cheese spread
  • carbmaster banana cream pie yogurt
  • baby carrots

'lunch'/movie snacks:

  • medium cherry ICEE :o
  • pretzek sticks
  • a string cheese
  • dry cheerios

snack:

  • 2 fiber one bars

dinner:

  • footlong subway turkey & swiss cheese sub with sweet onion dressing
  • bag of parmesan herb sunchips

late night snacks:

  • tortilla wrap with a banana and 2 tbsp bees knees peanut butter
  • 4 graham crackers
  • some oil popped popcorn :)

  • finished off the last of a jar (~5 tbsp) of bees knees peanut buter with a chopped banana in it

  • 2 turkey hotdogs with ketchup
  • 2 yogurt cups mixed with 2 diced peach cups and chocoalte cheerios

snack:

  • 1/4c of starburst jelly beans
  • peanut honey pretzel luna bar

dinner:

  • a big pear
  • wrap with a banana and cinnamon raisin peanut butter
  • an apple

late night snacks:

  • 30 more jelly beans
  • 110 almond joy pieces!!! (~470 calories :p)
  • whole container (3 servings) of special k chips

silverykiwi- oh thats good that your parents get to bring stuff in so you dont have to eat all the nasty hospital stuff :p yesss i love sandwichesss. lately i cant get enough of nutella/biscoff spread/pb/jelly/banana sandwiches and wraps. sooo good lol i eat AT LEAST 2 a day usually

mommyhawaii- dont be embarassed to post. as long as your getting at least the minimum (and of course more when you want it) then no one is gonna care what you eat:) post away

 

today!

breakfast:

  • vanilla chai carbmaster yogurt mixed with 1/2 serving of almond joy pieces
  • yogurt orangle swirl nimble balance bar
  • serving (29 pc) of honey maid lil' graham cracker squares
  • 1.3 cups dry kix cereal

lunch:

  • honey smoked turkey slices & lots of raw mushrooms dipped in ketchup
  • 40 mini salted circle crackers
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • a bees knees peanut butter, jelly, and banana wrap

snack:

  • another pbj banana wrap :p
  • 1 cup of cookies and cream ice cream

dinner:

  • 2 turkey hotdogs with brussel sprouts and ketchup mixed in
  • yet again, another pbj banana wrap :o
  • cup of skim milk

snack:

  • 2 fudgsicles
  • fiber one oats and chocolate bar
  • vanilla ensure plus

  • kind of a lot of animal crackers :p

  • english muffin with honey smoked turkey slices and sharp cheddar cheese
  • plain greek yogurt cup mixed with 2 carbmaster tropical fruit yogurts, 1/2 a banana, and fiber one cereal (in a very large bowl :p)

snack:

  • cookies and cream power bar

lunch:

  • costco parmesan cheese bagel
  • 2 cup of strawberries
  • 3 cup bag of steamable broccoli w/ ketchup
  • serving (46 pcs) of almond joy pieces

snack:

  • white chocolate peanut butter and reduced sugar grape jelly sandwich on wheat
  • a nimble yogurt orange swirl balance bar

dinner:

  • flatbread 'pizza' with cheese and broccoli on it
  • white chocolate pb, jelly, and banana wrap
  • a few sugar free hard candies

snack:

  • pretty big bowl of oil popped popcorn
  • another 1/2 parmesan bagel
  • more strawberries
  • a fiber one oats and chocolate bar

yesterday! hungout with one of my best friends again. i love life without (well semi without for now) ED so much

breakfast:

  • caramel nut blast balance bar
  • 1 cup of dry cheerios
  • plain greek yogurt mixed with truvia
  • small bowl of blueberries and strawberries

snack:

  • english muffin with deli honey smoked turkey slices and ketchup
  • fiber one oats and peanut butter bar

lunch:

  • 25 special k chips and 20 mini salted crackers with lots of salsa
  • a wheat wrap with a whole banana and 2 tbsp white chocolate pb
  • baby carrots with ketchup

dinner:

  • another wrap with banana and 2 tbsp pb (same as above :p)
  • 2 carbmaster strawberry yogurts mixed with raisins and fiber one cereal
  • a fudgsicle
  • an apple

snack:

  • carbmaster vanilla yogurt
  • vanilla ensure plus used as 'milk' for cinnamon roll oatmeal (2 packets)
  • another apple

  • broccoli slaw, cheese, and egg omelette with ketchup
  • a golden delicious apple
  • english muffin with deli honey smoked turkey slices
  • a carbmaster strawberry yogurt

lunch:

  • 2 carbmaster vanilla yogurts mixed with raisins and a large handful each of peanut butter chips and vanilla chips
  • bowl of EVOO strifried vegetables with a peanut thai sauce
  • an apple again
  • 2 samoa girl scout cookies

snack:

  • 2 mini bags of popcorn/kettle corn
  • plain greek yogurt cup with truvia mixed in

dinner:

  • container of ramen noodles, drained the water and mixed with a beef pot roast microwave meal
  • 2 fudgsicles

snack:

  • flatbread with a banana and 2 tbsp white chocolate peanut butter
  • 2 more fudgsicles
  • a chocolate ensure plus
  • 1.5 servings of animal crackers

hey guys everyones doing great:) lvgrl, i noticed that when i ate 3000+ my ED thoughts wer a lottt less too! its amazing how the body works.

havent been on here much because ive been out living!:D big step for me yesterday... i didnt use my calorie counting app on my ipod for the first time in legit 2 years. felt amazing and i ate tons and didnt feel guilty about it because i wasnt forced to control and count it :) so amazing i dont care if i ate 100,30403,204324 calories yesterday, im just happy

breakfast out w/ grandpa and family:

  • cheese omelette w/ ketchup (havent had in so long! used to be my fav)
  • the whole big serving of well done hashbrowns with ketchup
  • 2/3 big pancake
  • 2 pc of wheat toast with jelly

'lunch' at my brothers soccer game:

  • a yogurt orange swirl nimble balance bar
  • a like it size coldstone birthday cake remix ice cream!

snack at gmas:

  • a handful of roasted peanuts
  • handful of sour jelly beans

dinner 1 out with gma, gpa, and family:

  • cup of cream of broccoli soup
  • some cabbage from my dads dinner
  • small bit of chicken, vegetable, and rice stirfry (so nasty so didnt eat a lot of it)

dinner 2 at my friends house:

  • piece of pepperoni pizza
  • 2 cheese breadsticks

snack at home:

  • 2 carbmaster yogurt cups mixed with raisins, peanut butter chips, vanilla chips, and golden grahams cereal
  • 2 big sourdough hard pretzels with white chocolate pb
  • soooo many animal crackers dipped in lots of white chocolate pb :)

EDIT: totally forgot i also had a wheat wrap with a banana and tons of peanut buttaa :) nice to forget about what i ate for once instead of obsessing over it
