hi folks,
i have got to 175lbs.really swimming is helping a lot for me. aasil, i just do swimming for 30 min. I have been going to gym for nearly 7 months which helped to shape up my body.but now i dont go to gym.so i was tring to walk for atleast 50 min a day.that has helped me to maintain my weight & not increase it.but after i started to swim ,it has really helped me to reduce a lot .i have lost 5lbs in 18 days. now i have to find time for swimming as the schools have started,i am not able to go in the evening.my next goal is to reach 170lbs by 3 weeks time . |

hi ,
got into 170s club only today after weighing 180lbs for a very long time of 45 days.hope it doesn't go back. today i weighed 178lbs.was happy to see the scale move down a bit.did swiming for the last 3 days to get to this weight.must try to continue with swiming daily. this time i want to move to the 160s club little earlier than i took to reach 170s club.i was in the 180'club for almost 2 1/2 months. |

hi ,
at last out of 180s.been in 180lbs for more than a month now. i am off to the 170s.weighed 178lbs this morning.bye guys.meet u all soon in the 170s. my goal is to reach alteast 175lbs by aug 25th. |

today i weighed 181.5lbs. I am down by 3 lbs from last week. This is because i was cleaning the house as i am vacating the place.the cleaning has helped me a lot in reducing my weight. so now i found out that i have to do a lot of workout everyday to drastically reduce my weight.i keep my intake at 1200-1300 cal a day.good job. keep going. see u all after 10 days as i am shifting places.

| stuck again at 184.does anyone have any idea how many calories is burned by doing elliptical crosstraining for 1/2 hr. my gym machine showed 525 cal burned for a distace of 3.5miles.once i did for 60 min & the machine showed 1020 cal .how far this is true.i doubt it. | |||

cw 184 stuck at 184 for the last 5 days.scale doesn't seem to move at all. once my scale showed 183 but again its stuck at 184. hope to continue with the 1/2 hr of elliptical trainer for atleast 3 times a week with 20 min strenth training. 7 more to go!!! in 2 weeks,seems quite impossible. but i want to lose atleast 5lbs by july 4th. good luck guys. |

hi guys,
i have reached a new weight of 183.5 after a very long time.hope to go down still.my friend told me that i look leaner whom i met just after 10 days.i was really happy with my effort & so i gifted myself with a new dress(2 dress sizes less - really amazing!!!) hope to join the 170s club sooon. |

sw 187 last week 186 this week 185 actually i lost 3lbs but as i had gone out for the weekend where i couldn't keep the calorie count & i messed up eating more , inturn gaining wt. i will try to keep the count properly even during weekends. thats my goal for the week. let me see how it works. good luck guys 8 more to go before july 4. |

| I think u can try eating a few nuts 1/2 hr before dinner which will make u feel full & u will try to eat less. | |||

current wt 186 lost 1 lb & stuck on it for the last 4 days.I will try to increase my workout time by 5 min. lets see if anything changes by next weigh in. |

hi all,i am a new member.i have been overweight for a long time Now i weigh 187lbs & height is 5'3". two yrs back i was 218lbs & somehow i have reduced to this throughout the last 2 yrs. now i am almost stuck at 185- 187 lbs . I would like to move on to 180 lbs |

| I am 5'3'' & my weight is now 187 lbs.I was 140Lbs before marriage,but after 2 c-sections my weight has increased too much. my hips & thighs are too big tham my tummy. I wear a pant size of 18 because if my thighs. for that size the pants are loose for about 6-7 " at my waist so i had to wear it with belt. | |||

I want to lose weight. I am ready for the challenge. Current wt as on 31 st may 2007 is 187 lbs my allowance is 1200 & expenditure is 1900.I am stuck at 185 to 187 lbs for a very long time . usually i take 1100 - 1300 cal a day.what will happen if i take lesser cal than 1100.what will happen to my metabolism & weight. |
