According to the Biggest Loser diet, you should eat 7 calories for every pound you weigh in order to lose weight. As your weight goes down, so do your caloric needs. So for a 180 pound person, you should eat 1260 calories. Sounds like that's your problem. It's good to not be hungry if you are eating the right foods, like lean protein and vegetables and fruits. Not too much bread or other grains. Two servings a day are what is recommended. That's hard, I know. No white potatoes, either. |
