I've been skinny; I've been heavy.  I intend to be somewhere in between.  I want to use this site as a way to see what I'm doing right - and what I can improve upon.  I don't have the wiggle room of weight some people do because I'm short.  I need to get this under control so I don't turn into my mother, who ended up old, arthritic, obese, with osteoporosis and hypertension.  Nope; not going there.

Goals (completely revised; backsliding is a bitch):

157 (10 lbs. lost) - GD 4/1/13

150 (10% body wt. loss) - GD 6/1/13

147 (20 lbs. lost) - GD 7/1/13

142 (25 lbs. lost) - GD 9/1/13

137 (30 pounds lost) - GD 11/1/13

132 (normal BMI, 20% body wt. loss, 35 lbs. lost) - not sure I need to get here, or anything below this) - GD 1/1/14
