I've been skinny; I've been heavy. I intend to be somewhere in between. I want to use this site as a way to see what I'm doing right - and what I can improve upon. I don't have the wiggle room of weight some people do because I'm short. I need to get this under control so I don't turn into my mother, who ended up old, arthritic, obese, with osteoporosis and hypertension. Nope; not going there.
Self - why do I even put these down? I've just been an epic fail at them. *sigh* As the GPS says, "Recalculating . . .".
