I find that exercising actually helps me get better.  I do not go to the gym, but take a 3 or 5 mile run.  Take tissues though!

Congrats!  I've gone from 290 to 220.  Still have to go 40 more to be where I should be.  It is a journey. One that I am happy to have taken.  The plateaus can be hard at times, but they are a great opportunity to  res huffle and make things better.  Is all about changing habits and making a whole turn around of the way one eats.  Also, exercise.  Helps you lose weight and makes you feel 100%!  Keep it up!

I agree with Bella.  I've tried so many and none worked.  They will give me short term results, but once finished, back on... Everything changed when my little boy said I was "big".  I then committed myself to "change my habits", not dieting.  Calorie intake is the base of any weight gain.  If you over eat, it is going to happen.  Changing my habits was hard, but the results are there.  I do not have to worry about what will happen after the diet ends.  I still eat the things I like, but I am smart about it.  I went from 110 pounds over weight to just 30.  That is what I am working on now.  You can do it.
