Hi, I'm Ally. I'm a 20 year old college student in Southern California. I've been here several times and lost weight but unfortunately had to stop because of obsessive behavior. I'm back again, this time with greater knowledge of both my body and where I want to be in my life and with my health. No more obsession for me :) Ultimately I'd like to reach my goal weight by the end of December 2010 when I leave from studying abroad in Italy for four months and return to the US! I began this time around at my highest weight but have learned so much about myself and my body and my own limits in the process.
I would like to be a writer in the future, and a professional chef. Who wouldn't love their own show on the Food Network?? :) I love to watch sports and workout, though I haven't been part of an organized sport in about three years. When I return from Italy I hope to graduate with a degree in Literature and Writing, and will go on to get my nutritionist license and attend culinary school, though that's still a long way away.
Feel free to message me or friend me! I am always open to chat and discuss ideas, weight, motivation, or just talk when you're down on yourself.
Good luck to everyone else out there with your weight loss, gain, recovery, maintenance, or whatever you are out to do!
