Try thin crust or make it yourself....I use a whole wheat single crust that is 150 cals, fat free cheese and just 1/4 cup of 2 types of cheese but 1/2 cup of sauce. It's good and fills me up with fruit or salad. I like the lean cusine french bread cheese one too, it's about 300 cals or something like that. |

An hour of body pump followed by 30 minutes of CX works(core class) then walked the dog for 1.5h five miles burned: 1250 per my heartrate monitor :) |

Today was a swim workout: 100m Free 100m kick 100m free with flippers 100m breaststroke 100m pull For 5 sets, total of 2500m in 1hour....calories burned was 570 today Then walked the dog for 1.5h, burned 550 |

Walden Farms anything...they have no calories but taste like chemicals....I'd rather eat real food and a few calories.. I love canned pumpkin, haven't tried Tofu Noodles(don't plan to), love Fage 0%, not all greek yogurt though,allergic to nuts, so eat Sunflower Seed butter anyway..love love love Hummus, any flavor will do :) actually I love canned pumpkin in oatmeal and in greek yogurt..heehe |

I love Fage 0% greek yogurt with a little splenda and FF whipped cream. I also really like pumpkin, so I use canned pumpkin, splenda, pumpkin pie spice and warm it up in the micro, it's like the inside of a pumpkin pie and sometimes put FF whipped cream on it too!! Yummo! SF popsicles, SF jello and SF pudding all are great too! |

I also agree with the Panera choices :) My favorite is Chipolte Burrito Bowl, no rice, with black beans, sometimes chicken, fajita veggies, corn salsa, cheese and lettuce...yummy! |

I use Sunflower Seed Butter, my fav is the Trader Joe's brand, but it has salt and sugar in it, so I usually stick with the Whole Foods kind that is organic and has no salt or sugar....Im allergic to nuts, so this is my sub :) |

I had been skipping the cold drinks at SB for calorie reasons, but now with the new make it ur way fraps, I have been having a tall or grande caramel frap with non fat milk, SF caramel and no whip or drizzle....not sure how many calories, but usually have one a week. If I am going to go more than once, I get a grande non-fat Misto, usually no sugar or one pump SF syrup, if I'm looking for a cold drink, I do Iced Coffee with Non-fat milk and SF syrup(80 cals), but their iced coffee is pretty strong :) |
