| Bio | I workout hard and consistently but would like to eat less food and not think about it all the time! As of November 2008 I am taking the focus away from counting calories and weighing myself and instead working on eating smaller portions and healthier foods. Goals for November 2008 1. Don't weigh myself 2. Don't eat seconds 3. After eating wait at least 2 hours before eating again 4. Water! 5. Log everything on CC |
