I have two kids, who are not responsible for my weight gain. I weighed less both while I was pregnant and directly after birth than I did just 2 months ago. Sadly, I gained a lot of weight in college (grad 2005) and now have a desk job which doesn't help. I used to dance, which gave me a workout without even having to think about it. I have no time for it now and have no idea how to make excercise a consistent part of my life. So, now I'm focusing on watching my calories and finding balance with food, as well as all other aspects of my life.
Well I've been away from cc for awhile. Just got weighed for the first time when I went to donate blood bc they said I looked skinny. ha ha...to be too skinny for once! That would be funny. Anyway I guess I'm below the goal I had set for myself. I'm down to 125.6. I was kinda shocked actually. I guess what I've learned here stuck with me and now it's a part of my lifestyle. I hope to keep in off and stay healthy!
