I workout Mondy, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. So 3 days of rest a week for me. I still try and get some activity in there but I don't have an actual workout. But everyone has a different body. |

Well that's usually what you want to do. Because you want your muscles to be refueled as quickly as possible and fats and slow digestive carbs slow the process down... But if you want a salad, no ones going to stop you...Do what you want. |

Never heard of that book.. But I will recommend a great book that I read. It's called Truth About Abs by Mike Geary. He goes over nutrition going over some of the so called "health foods" and how they are not healthy and the natural fat burning foods. He stresses that you should try and get natural, and much more. The workouts involve using weights and a lot less cardio. Instead of cardio there is intense interval training after your weight lifting. (the weight lifting is full body workouts not singling out the muscle groups). And you won't get buff or anything, if that is a concern. Because if you do more calories out than more calories in you will lose fat and not gain muscle. You can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, one or the other. Anyway, fantastic book, total lifestyle change for me. If you have any questions about the book, ask me. Website where you can check it out and buy it is truthaboutabs.com |

I put your stats into a calculator and it came out to you should be eating about 2,400-2,500 to maintain on the days you have tennis. On the days you don't you need 1,900 to maintain. But you DON'T need to lose weight. 112 is totally fine, don't worry. If your wondering which calculator i used it's this one. http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/healthyeatingcalculat or/eatingCal.html

This is where many people go terribly wrong. They want the simple way out. They think a pill is going to change their lives for them. They think they can just live on the life they have been living eating tons of unhealthy foods and eating more than they should. The pills are advertised as some "magic pill", but really, they are a waste of your money and will be doing a lot more harm for your body than good. I have not tried them but I heard from people that did. They said it was a waste of money and that it didn't work. To get the results you want you need to make a lifestyle change. Eat better and exercise more |

Yeah i'm at like 13.5% body fat, I want to get to 8% and I realize that that gets tough, but it is possible. I'm trying to lose just pure fat and basically no muscle, which is tough to do, but it is possible, right? And what IS the best way to do that? |

except for if you want it for the post workout meal you should eliminate the peanut butter as you just want protein for post workout meal. Fat and slow digestive carbs slow down the digestive process. But for a snack/meal add natural peanut butter if you want. |

You definitely do not need to work harder, in fact, you should do the exact opposite. Yes, work less. Your workouts should be no more than 1 hour and they should not be everyday, but every other day. I workout monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday. Monday-friday I workout for 45 minutes and on saturday I do 25 minutes of intense interval training. I lost 1.5 pounds a week off of this. I also stick to my eating plans very well eating natural foods that keep me full and I don't crave "junk food". You should also do less cardio( Surprise surprise, yes, I know) and more weight lifting. Not singling out the muscle groups but full body workouts. Like deadlifts, squats, two arm swings, etc. etc. there are plenty just look them up. This will work you out more in a shorter period of time. Change the intensity, the weights, the workouts, and your body will always be working and you probably won't hit plateaus. I know what you are thinking now. "But I'm a girl and I don't want to gain muscle" and you won't. If you do more calories out then more calories in your body does not gain muscle, it loses fat and keeps the muscle you have. You can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. One or the other. So don't worry about looking ripped or anything. If you are wondering where I got this information it's the book Truth About Abs by Mike Geary. It is a FANTASTIC book. Hope I helped! :) |

There is no "magic solution" to weight loss. Unless you consider doing the math and doing more calories out than in magic. :/ Pills and supplements alone will not change your life and fix all of your problems and let you live the life you've been living, eating junk, and not exercising. It's just not going to happen. You need to make a lifestyle change if you want results. You can get all the vitamins, and natural fat burners naturally by eating certain foods/drinks.
