I'm 24 years old and am raising two little girls all by myself.  I've always been at least a tad "chubby".  I got pregnant when I was 16 and at 9 months pregnant weighed 196.  I now weigh a pound or two more than that.

My ultimate goal is to weigh 120 lbs.  I'm 5'2 so that's a perfectly fine weight for me to aim for.  And I'll take as long as it takes.  I have some mini goals in mind.  Up until just recently...175 was the weight I was stuck at.  Going to college and a couple of other really stressful events in my life contributed to me gaining the extra 20 lbs...in a very quick manner.

175-back to starting line-my reward will be a nice bubble bath and a new archie comic.
163-no longer obese-reward: Shave legs and another new archie comic
155-My regular "chubby" weight-reward: Hair professionally done and Donnie Darko on DVD
149-Closer to 100 than I am to 200-reward: Eyebrows done and Peter Pan 2000 on DVD
143-Lowest weight since I got pregnant-Go to the movies and get new glasses
136-No longer overweight-Bowling and teeth whitening
129-Good weight-Family picture taken and new shoes
120-GOAL-Six Flags and a new outfit (or 2... or 10)

My plan:

Calorie counting
Walk 30 minutes each day...for now
Eventually my yoga and pilates DVD 3 days a week. 
Lots of water. 

I can totally do this.
