im a mommy and im trying to lose the 45 pounds i gained during pregnancy- having a very hard time getting started and staying committed to a diet- i want to look good for my boyfriend and myself- i also dont want my son to grow up and be embarassed by me being fat- my start wieght is around 165 pounds- i am looking for friends that i can communicate with and help give encouragement to stay on track.
