Wow, just got an email alert for this post.. forgot about it completly! I'm now 5ft 7, 32D and weight 127lbs, so I can't legitimately claim that boobs make up a good portion of my weight, but reading back through this gives me the giggles! Looking back at pictures of myself from around the time I created this, I looks o out of proportion! Those buggers must of been tipping the scales quite heavily.. |

Original Post by bairn: Ha, I'd love to be able to say that! I just don't have the nerve and I think most people would laugh at me.. The whole idea of me losing weight was for my body not my boobs. I know I've lost weight off my boobs and I'm absolutley fine with that, helps keep me in proportion and I know I'll probably lose more. But the idea of subtracting my breast weight and using that number as my actual weight.. very appealing. If a bit cheat-y. |

I have exactly the same problem, the only thing that seems to help me is the concept of 'grazing'. A local chinese health shop does large plastic bags of different flavoured varities of nuts. I usually always carry one of the bags around with me. This way I never go more than around 10 minutes without popping a delicious honeyed almond or peanut in to my mouth. If I'm out I'll put it into a zip compartment of my handbag and just very slyly slip my hand in and grab a few if I'm tempted by the wares at the bakery I have to pass to get to work. Also porridge in the morning or for lunch works for me. Bran flakes are pretty damn tasty and fill me up longer than other cereals such as corn flakes or rice crispies. Fruit is your friend ;) A banana can stave off the 4pm hunger pang until it's time for dinner.
