The only thing I can think of would be to; make you own donuts then replace some of the flour with fiber powder, and swap sugar with an artificial sweetener, and fry in Olesta.

I think the better option than this concoction, is to find something else sweet that will solve your craving ,but not be as rich as a donut.

Hey man, I'm kinda close to your state 5'11 135lb. I had the same problem you had. I would wake up in the middle of the night, make my way down-stairs half asleep, and before I knew what i was doing I would have eaten an entire tub of taco meat, then not be able to sleep well as the taco meat bubbled in my stomach. So, to answer one question, it is bad for you because it disturbs your sleep, and can cause acid reflux which leads to ulcers. Ad far as fixing it goes I found that when I upped my cals form 2200 to 2400+ on my inactive days I slept the whole night through with no eating or even waking at all. It didn't matter if the extra food came at breakfast, middle of the day or dinner, just alittle more food and I slept better than I have in a long time.

Your not going to like my answer ,but you might just have to give it up for alittle while. I am friends with many vegans( I go to an Adventist school so vegans/vegetarians are the majority), but if they go on a long trip away from home (school trip/mission trip/ trip without like dieted people) they do they best they can, but will eat dairy or what not till they get back home.

Going vegan today (don't really know why ,but it sounded like a good idea) ,so I made sloppy lentils (same as sloppy Joe's but with cooked lentils instead of meat) and mayo-less coleslaw. They came out really well, but with the meal containing over 30g of fiber I'm a little full right now.

You will get use to it and start doing it subconsciously. for example, when ever I just "eye ball" a healthy meal it  almost always comes out to be about 500 cals, and a 25,25,50 ratio.

only do very light stretching till you have your muscles warmed up. Infact I would suggest warming up preworkout to stretching preworkout, but post workout you definitely need to do some stretching.

haha! I have had so many like this! Sadly, people do fall for it :-( xxx

I don't get whyß There is no free lunch. Never. They should put this into schools curriculum: 'No free Lunch' 'You don't get anything for nothing' 'You pay peanuts you get monkeys' '10 good reason why laundering money isn't a good idea'

And if there's time left 'Never change a running system' 'Don't fix it if it isn't broken' and 'Murphy's law'

Honestly, when do you ever need algebra in you life?

In our high school economics class I remember one of our vocab words was the acronym T.N.S.T.F.L or there is no such thing as a free lunch
