It is therefore very important to create a balance between exercise, rest and diet to stay healthy and fit. Exercising too much and eating too little will not do you any good so forget about reducing your food and fluid intake to reduce your body size and weight fast. You will get sick if you do that. |

how much do you weigh? actually it just depends on your strength but majority they just start at 10 lbs then slowly increase.. just buy dumbells that can be added more weights.. |

actually, 5'9" in height would be healthy if you are 150 lbs.. that's the ideal.. you just have to maintain it. just be patient all the time.. |

people told you that you become thinner it's because they are used to see you 132 lbs.. :) it's just a normal reaction to our body.. Fats are burned out and your muscles become leaner.. :) And the exercise you did is definitely for muscle tone.. :) that's normal.. :) |

well, exercise is not enough if you don't have vitamins / supplements.. :) before and after training you should drink at least 1 liter of water.. :) when you run, your circulation increases and your body needs a lot of water coz a lot of sweats came out.. :)

if you just want to have tone muscle and you're afraid that someday you'll gain big/bulk muscles.. try to train without increasing your weights.. and 10 lbs is enough with 20-30 reps per set and 3 sets per day.. :) |

maybe massage can help to soften muscles... :) and if you don't want to have hard biceps dont lift to much weights.. there are different kinds of exercise or training.. try to ask your trainor about i.. :) |
