| This is a very dangerous drug. It will turn you into the devil. I was a raving lunatic, even beat up my own sister. Rage from hell. Anxiety from hell. I used this to lose some weight until it took away my sleep cycle. I am now on sleep meds for two years now. It did help me as far as buying me time to learn to eat right. When I got off, I stuck to my lifestyle change. | |||

| Hi there. Thanks so much for the reply. I do an hour of cardio mon-sat, then 30 every night. I will do 15-30 of weights following cardio. I consume around 1500-2000 calories a day. I just feel I'm missing something. | |||

| Hi there. I came down from 300 lbs to 150. I recently had a baby, 8 months ago. Let me tell you, I was such a happy go lucky person when I was heavy. I have been in a depression since I changed my lifestyle, and started working out 5 days a week. I have been seen by doctors galore. Antidepressants were tossed left and right at me. Nothing worked. So here I am, almost 6 years later, dragging along. I dont know what rhis could be, but like you, I don't eat more than 1500 calories a day, burn 600 a day cardio, then do weights. I have to say something is deficient. Perhaps vitamins, folic acid, something... But what? I hope you get answers. I know we aren't the only ones going through this. One more thing, after I work out, I will drop to a strange low. A deep plunge. Passes an hour later. Good luck!! | |||
