So Up and Down and Up! :o(  I really am going so crazy on this plateau.  I know I need to do something, but I am afraid that means cutting my calories back too far and I really don't want to go there.

I am eating between 1350 and 1600 depending on what my activity level is that day.  Drinking a fair amount of water and watching salt intake.  Working out 5-6 days a week and the days I don't get to the gym, I try not to be sedentary.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi Green Team,

My name is Betsy.  I started my weight loss journey (well truthfully my whole life has been one :) in July of 2008 at 191 lbs.  My goal weight is 131 and I have been carry this last 5-9 lbs for almost a year!!!  I know it probably sounds petty to those who have just begun or have a ways to go, but for me it is about finishing what I started!  So that's my goal, losing this last 7.5lbs! 

I work out 6 days a week (4 days cardio and weight training, 2 days Ashtanga yoga), so for this challenge, I am going to really watch my calories and my carbs. (They just make me more hungry).  Plus I know I need to kick my water consumption up and cut back on the holiday cocktails that seemed to have followed me into the new year.  Good Luck to you all and I know we can all do this!!

A "woman" I work with sprays this disgusting perfume every time she uses the bathroom and than it permeates the whole area we work in.  When confronted she stated that she'd rather smell her bad perfume than her bad crap?  Uwehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! TMI and use your bathroom at home please.
