I'm a 50-something mom getting more exercise and losing a few pounds. 

Update June 11, 2007 -  I have met my exercise goal several weeks in a row,
and am halfway to my weight goal.
Update July 30:  Summer is taking a toll on the progress, but I wouldn't trade it for anything!  My weight has been pretty steady since early July, which is just fine.  Some of my eating habits have improved.  

September 2007 - Reached my weight-loss goal!!!  However, the journey doesn't stop here.  I still need to concentrate on exercising daily and eating good quality food all the time.
