I am 6 months post partum and 12 lbs above my baseline. I want to stay healthy for my breastfeeding baby and to be a good mommy with the energy I will need for my little love. I hope to rekindle healthy habits of eating right and to foster a more healthy way of life. I hope to try lots of different types of food and to learn about my health.

The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
