I'm a twenty-something black and Korean woman whose metabolism has plummeted, giving rise to the number on my scale. I'm on a desperate fitness search of the 140 lb me and am determined to find her via lots of caloric intake control, time on the treadmill, and toning exercises. I enjoy Pilates, and I LOVE yoga. I tend toward one-on-one training and quiet sessions alone rather than scheduling to join classes. I thrive with self-motivation and introspective focus as I'm easily distracted when around others. Restricted calorie diets leave me with a light, empty feeling that I relish, and I'm reaching for the goal of eating to be satisfied and not full. I have a passion for ab exercises since I recover well and have just discovered that protein shakes are my best friend when it comes to recovery after intense full-body workouts (especially for pain in the arms)! Wish me luck, 'cause here I go!
